This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can access, correct or delete it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), which service you're interested in, details about your situation and goals, and your preferred timeline.
- Discovery call bookings: your name, email and anything you add when booking through our calendar.
- Coaching and breathwork: if you work with us as a coaching or breathwork client, you may share information about your wellbeing, health, habits or personal circumstances. This is sensitive information under the Privacy Act. We only collect it with your consent, only when it's relevant to the session, and we never share it without your permission unless required by law.
- Client work: business, marketing, advertising and analytics information provided by a business that engages us, including access to advertising and analytics accounts.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (from IP address), referral source and on-site activity, collected through Google Analytics using cookies.
- Advertising measurement: where in use, the Google tag and Meta Pixel may record visits and actions on this site to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on those platforms.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and book calls
- To deliver the consulting, advertising management, coaching or breathwork services you engage us for
- To measure and improve our website and our own advertising
- To send invoices and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations
We don't use your information for any other purpose without asking you first. We don't sell personal information.
4. Client advertising and analytics data (Meta, Google)
When a business engages us to manage its advertising, we access that business's Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts, Google Ads accounts and Google Analytics properties with the business's authorisation. This access is granted either directly by the client in their account settings, or through the Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API, authorised through Meta's and Google's own permission systems.
Data accessed this way, such as campaign performance, spend, audience reporting and conversion data:
- is used only to report on, manage and improve that client's advertising
- is never combined with another client's data
- is never sold, rented or shared outside that engagement
- is not used to build profiles of individual people
- is kept only as long as needed for the engagement and our record-keeping obligations, then deleted
Clients can remove our access at any time in Meta Business Settings or in their Google account settings.
5. Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers to run our business. They may process information on our behalf:
- Duda: website hosting and contact form submissions
- Google: Workspace (email, calendar, bookings), Analytics, Ads and Ads API
- Meta: Ads Manager, Pixel and Marketing API
- Anthropic (Claude) and similar AI tools: used to help analyse and report on client advertising data. We don't use these tools to process coaching clients' health information.
- Xero and our accountant: invoicing and tax
We also share information if the law requires it, or with your consent.
6. Overseas storage
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We use providers with recognised security and privacy standards, and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
7. Cookies
This site uses cookies for essential functions, analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Google and Meta), where in use. You can control cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com, and manage Meta ad preferences at accountscenter.facebook.com. Turning cookies off may affect how parts of the site work.
8. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls, two-factor authentication on accounts and secure, reputable providers. No online system is completely secure. If you have concerns, please contact us.
