Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful therapeutic technique that uses intentional, continuous breathing to promote deep emotional, physical & spiritual healing.
The Breathwork technique I practice is deeply rooted in shamanic traditions, trauma healing, and somatic release. This modality of conscious connected breathing helps guide us into altered states of awareness, allowing us to interrupt entrenched patterns in the autonomic nervous system and facilitate the release of stored trauma.
By engaging in rhythmic breathing without pauses between the inhale and exhale, this practice enhances self-awareness, releases suppressed emotions and trauma, and supports overall well-being—mentally, emotionally, physically & spiritually.
How It Works
During a CCB session, you will be guided into a comfortable position, either lying down or seated. The practice involves taking deep, full breaths in with relaxed, effortless exhales, maintaining a continuous rhythm. This breathing pattern stimulates the nervous system, increases oxygen flow to the body, and activates a meditative or trance-like state that allows for deep emotional release and healing.
Sessions typically range from one to two hours and include music and verbal guidance from me, creating a safe and supportive space for you to fully surrender to the experience.
Whether you're seeking to release trauma, reconnect with yourself, or deepen your emotional and spiritual well-being, this breathwork practice offers a transformative path to healing.
I offer Private 1:1 session in my studio in Torquay and also online via Zoom. Small Group sessions (10 max) are held at my studio in Torquay. Click the Book Breathwork for more information.

Spiritus Breathwork
(Conscious Connected Breathwork, Shamanic Breathwork, Somatic Healing)
Spiritus is an embodied healing system where we use breath, sound and movement as a way to activate and healing the body from within. It does this by activating an inner power, releases stagnant or fixed memories from our cells and allows the body the ability and life force to create freedom and liberation from within.
These sessions are one on one or up to 8 people and run out of my studio in Torquay & can also be run online via zoom (one on one only).
Origins and Related Practices
CCB is influenced by various breathwork traditions, including Rebirthing Breathwork, Holotropic Breathwork, and ancient pranayama techniques. While it draws from these, it is often presented in a modern, secular framework.
Safety Considerations
People with certain health conditions (e.g., heart problems, epilepsy, severe mental health issues) should consult a doctor. It's recommended to practice with a trained facilitator, especially for beginners, to ensure safety and proper guidance.
