When enough of us change our vibration,

In Western society, we are often caught in a relentless cycle of striving for more—more possessions, more accolades, more financial success—believing these will bring us happiness.
But this endless pursuit can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and unfulfilled. We chase the future while missing the beauty of the present moment,
forgetting that happiness is not something we achieve someday; it’s something we can cultivate every day.
In 2010, after 10 years in the electronic music industry as a DJ and vinyl record seller, I graduated from yoga teacher training in Mexico. Despite embracing Eastern philosophies, I returned to a Western society, feeling spiritually fulfilled but financially empty. I made a pact to fully engage in the "Western" game for the next decade before sharing my Eastern knowledge.
I started the next ten years freelancing in online advertising, then built a multimillion-dollar agency. While I achieved my financial goals, I struggled with anxiety, stress, and insecurities. In 2018, panic attacks became a turning point, pushing me toward personal growth. Over the next five years, I worked with coaches, shamans, and mentors, including Aubrey Marcus, Tim Morrison, Ajit Nawalkha, Dean Gladstone, Kyle Kingsbury, and others, completing courses in coaching, breathwork, nutrition, and mindset development.
In 2024 I closed the chapter on my 'Western game.' I sold my business and fully embraced my 'Eastern' beliefs and has led me to my next venture, Hofman.guide.
Here I'm of service, offering Conscious Connected Breathwork, Group, Team & Corporate Breathwork, and one-on-one Coaching. My mission is to guide others through their inner work, helping them shift their vibrations and transform their worlds.
So, did I win? The biggest victory was not about accolades or financial success; it was the transformative inner work I undertook to elevate myself. This journey allowed me to confront my deepest fears, heal past wounds, and cultivate a profound sense of self-awareness. I learned to embrace vulnerability as a strength, and in doing so, I discovered my authentic self.
My Approach
My approach has its foundations in Ayurvedic Medicine, with my back ground in Yoga & Breathwork I approach coaching, breathwork with a holistic framework that includes addressing the physical, mental, spiritual ways we live.
Happiness should be a daily experience, not a distant goal. When we allow ourselves to slow down and align with our true essence, we not only transform our own lives but also raise our vibration. And as more of us awaken to this, we can collectively shift the energy of the world—toward more compassion, balance, and harmony.
